How to use the Insert Pages into PDF
- Choose the main PDF.
- Choose where to insert, then add the second PDF or choose blank pages.
- Click “Insert pages” and download.

Forgot to include the signed declaration in your application PDF, or need to add an annexure after page 4 of a contract? Choose the main PDF, pick “after page N”, add the second PDF, and its pages are slotted in at that point — no need to split and re-merge.
You can also insert blank pages, sized to match the page before them, which is handy for double-sided printing or leaving space for handwritten notes.

Can I insert only some pages of the second PDF?
Insert inserts all of its pages. Use Extract PDF Pages first to keep only the pages you need.
What size are the blank pages?
The same size and orientation as the page they follow (or the first page, if inserted at the beginning).
Is quality affected?
No. Pages from both PDFs are copied exactly.
